Orders placed Monday through Friday by 12:00pm EST (excluding holidays) are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00pm EST or holidays are shipped the next business day. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship out the following Monday (excluding holidays). Please note: at this time Saturday delivery is not available.
Please contact us using the chat feature and let us know where you want the watch shipped. We try, but cannot guarantee that we can ship to you.
It may take up to 14 days to get your watch. In most cases it will be 2 – 3 days however.
We accept payment via Stripe, and Paypal, and Bank transfers.
Your data is protected by the merchant processor, and we do not share any details with any third part.

You can cancel or change your order up to the point of shipping.
After years of research and testing, we've determined that automatic fall detection is simply not accurate enough when it comes to devices being worn on the wrist. Having fall detection on the watch would trigger numerous alarms throughout the day and felt that it wouldn't provide the right user experience.
Yes. The SOS watch has both a built-in speaker and a built-in microphone, so the user can have 2-way communication with a loved one, or communicate with emergency services, or our monitoring center.
Yes. The SOS Smartwatch is equipped with GPS. Loved ones and caregivers can track the location of the watch on the mobile phone companion app.
In the event that you are using our monitoring service, we will also be able to assist with location tracking.
